Leo Buscaglia

The power of love transcends time and space.
Please excuse the long delay in getting back to you. Between my writing and traveling schedule, and the mountains of mail to answer since my TV appearances, I’ve gotten a bit behind! It’s getting more and more difficult to answer letters as I would like. I hope that you understand.
I hope that since your letter, your life has settled down a bit and that your husband’s back is well mended by now. Again, thank you so much for writing and caring. Warmly, It’s invisible. Intangible. Yet a very real connection that exists between us all…. even beyond our mortal lives.

‘’Because I am a woman, I must make unusual efforts to succeed. If I fail, no one will say, 'She doesn't have what it takes'; They will say, 'Women don't have what it takes.'
‘’In the final analysis there is no other solution to man's progress but the day's honest work, the day's honest decision, the day's generous utterances, and the day's good deed’’.
‘’A man's home may seem to be his castle on the outside; inside is more often his nursery’’.

Leadership

Leadership is

an ability to help people achieve things. It is a quality that is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring. Leadership could relate to community leadership, religious leadership, political leadership, and leadership of campaigning groups. The essential leadership qualities of great leaders are: Vision, Decisiveness, Courage, Passion, Humility, Strategic planning, Focus, Cooperation.

Every leader has his / her own style of leadership and strategy. Leaders set their direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new.  Becoming a leader is not easy as it will take a very long time and requires lot of hard work, patience, and lot of dedication. Six steps to become a better leader are:
  1. Follow leaders who you look up to
  2. Practice the things that make you uncomfortable
  3. Tell yourself every day that you’re a leader and believe it
  4. Learn something new about your expertise, industry or niche every day
  5. Gather resources you use and that you would recommend to others
  6. Build and grow your relationships.
